President and Managing Director - Frankfurt am Main. Scott has worked as a finance manager and banker on Wall Street since 1999, offering leadership and guidance through the toughest of times. His charismatic presentation style helps our clients empathize with their audience, keeping them confident and well informed. He holds an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
Advisory Board Member - Luxembourg. Emiel has over twelve years international experience in risk management, distressed debt and corporate restructuring. He hold an LL.M. from Maastricht University, and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Advisory Board Member - Paris. Angela is a senior Director and head of Real World Evidence and Clinical Outcomes at SANOFI. She has held several positions in business development and project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Angela worked as an epidemiologist for the German National Research Center for Environment and Health. She holds an MSc in Applied Nutrition, an MPH in Epidemiology, an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance, and a PhD in Environmental Medicine.
Advisory Board Member - New York. David has twenty four years experience in financial services. He wields vast expertise in managing risk in capital markets, interpreting big data, and strategic planning. His knowledge is paramount in revitalizing international and domestic operations, and executive team leadership. David is a versatile executive level manager, leading banks and businesses through change towards profitable growth. He holds a BA in Business/English from SUNY Albany.
Advisory Board Member - Paris Chafik wields vast experience with designing strategies towards the careful shift to new markets, and has proven his decisive leadership abilities in the form of restructuring via managed buyout. An intelligent linguist, Chafik speaks German, English, French, Berber and Arabic. Chafik holds a degree in economics and business administration from the University of Aachen, as well as an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

As an entrepreneur, he has successfully launched multiple start-ups, carrying with him a passion for the application of ground-breaking technologies. Jeremy holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Religion from Lafayette College.
