President and Managing Director - Frankfurt am Main. Scott has worked as a finance manager and banker on Wall Street since 1999, offering leadership and guidance through the toughest of times. His charismatic presentation style and outside-the-box thinking helps our clients hunt their next acquisition, while keeping them confident and well informed. He holds an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
Advisory Board Member - Luxembourg. Dr. Ibald was the Director of Integrated Evidence Generation at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. She has held several positions in business development and project management within the biopharmaceutical industry. Dr. Ibald worked as an epidemiologist for the German National Research Center for Environment and Health. She holds an MSc in Applied Nutrition, an MPH in Epidemiology, an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance, and a PhD in Environmental Medicine.
Advisory Board Member - New York. David has twenty eight years experience in financial services. He wields vast expertise in managing risk in capital markets, interpreting big data, and strategic planning. His knowledge is paramount in revitalizing international and domestic operations, and executive team leadership. David is a versatile executive level manager, leading banks and businesses through change towards profitable growth. He holds a BA in Business/English from SUNY Albany.
Advisory Board Member - Aachen. Chafik wields vast experience with designing strategies towards the careful shift to new markets, and has proven his decisive leadership abilities in the form of restructuring via managed buyout and company carveouts. Chafik is the president of Passavant-Geiger GmbH. He holds degrees in economics and business administration from the University of Aachen, and an MBA from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Working in mechanical engineering and engineering education for over 15 years, John works at the intersection of technical innovation, entrepreneurship and education. He served as a founding faculty member for Quinnipiac University's School of Computing and Engineering and continues to educate new generations of mechanical engineers. He provides select consulting services as the Managing Member of CogReb LLC.
New business and innovation scout. Marco has more than twenty years international experience in fundamental research, and has demonstrated his expertise in the successful management of start-ups as well as not-for-profit organizations. His unique skillset and creativity makes him a strategic innovation adept and leader. He holds a MSc in Chemistry, a PhD in Physics, and an Executive MBA. He is the department head of innovation at the University of Vienna.
Sonja is the founder of HR DYNAMICS – a consultancy for organizational and management development. As leadership trainer, organizational consultant and executive coach she develops and delivers strategy-oriented leadership & talent management programs for all industries and advises managers as well as teams of all hierarchical levels in driving change. She has held leading positions at different business schools and began her career as International HR Consultant for Deutsche Bank Head Quarters.
Adam is a Managing Director at MGA, a full-service real estate advisory firm focused on caring for the needs of occupiers of industrial and office real estate. He is an expert in the real estate sector for the Washington DC area, and provides bespoke advice to clients seeking opportunities there. Adam has a B.S. in economics from Penn State University, holds his real estate licenses in DC, VA, and MD, and advises occupiers throughout the United States.
Jeremy has worked in the technology solutions arena for over twenty years. He has partnered with several prestigious agencies and large scale companies, including the United States Department of Defense, towards managing complete IT infrastructures. As an entrepreneur, he has successfully launched multiple start-ups, carrying with him a passion for the application of ground-breaking technologies. Jeremy holds a dual Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Religion from Lafayette College.
