Crikey! These automated bots are getting out of hand.
It’ll create some jobs, and speed up the service requirements for the end users. Not to mention provide a huge potential boost to customer satisfaction.
Pressing 0,0,#,0 now just drops the call, and what should be a five minute interaction to fix a problem takes four times as long. AI and automation are not always the best way forward. Sometimes, a real person is what's needed; especially if a business wants repeat customers.
Can we normalize having people help other people again, please?
